As as straight/white male - gotta say that this whole "perfect" life in the 50's sounds boring as hell! I love spending time with my two boys - of course I was in the delivery room the entire time. I have a spouse who is tough as nails, has supported our family on occasions as the fortunes waxed and waned, and forces me to be a better person just to keep up with her. I have a couple of friends with trad wives and their lives seem as bland as a loaf of wonder bread. Why would anyone choose this???
