For new vendors? Don't really care. Businesses are free to set terms and if a new developments is ok with CF being closed on Sundays - that's their prerogative. CF can either choose to modify their own business rules to accommodate the new location or not.

I am not in favor of going backwards and retroactively changing the rules to force a company to abide by the new/political legislation.

One exception to the "retroactively applying new laws" would be where harm is being done - physical or mental. Environmental rules for example don't get to be grandfathered in. And no - I don't consider "but I really need a chicken sandwich on Sunday" to be mental harm :)

To be clear - not a fan of CF's positions on "morality" - but also not a fan of politicizing business laws.
