Seriously though - if a man isn't brave enough to show his face before sharing his opinions - they're not worth a damn in my book.
Hard to quibble actually - we have such a poor grasp of history in this country that "best" and "worst" usually only go back to 1960 in anyone's discussions. LBJ is a really tough one, I agree. So much good, so much bad - certainly not a lot of middle ground to be sure.
Only tangentially-related - but I believe one of the great tragedies for our country is that we never had the opportunity to include RFK in lists like this.
