Yes, my parents' generation complained about us too.
Problem is that there actually WAS a time - if you were a straight, white male that going to college and simply working hard could get you to where you could afford "the good life".
Times have changed. A lot. Not enough of my generation want to accept that "working hard" doesn't get you the brass ring. In 2022, that gets you food and shelter. Maybe. Everybody works hard just to survive.
And yeah, my generation is doing a great job of really fucking things up for you - so I can't wait for you to bail us out. Please (please) don't do what we did after the 60's and sell out your values for cash. We did, and you're paying the price.
