I am not, nor likely to be in the future, a member of the gun community. I do recognize that my thoughts on the matter will be very limited and lacking understanding of what guns mean to many folks. Frankly, if you substitute "cars" for "guns" I have some of the same "you can have my cars when you pry them from my cold dead fingers" responses - so intellectually at least, I get it
