I dunno - I don't see how those three rule in his favor without looking completely corrupt. They're young and will be on the court long after he's dead and buried. That stench would stick to them for decades.

My prediction is that they rule in a very narrow way that will allow the orange to proclaim he was totally exonerated, but anyone with half a brain would realize means he got off in this one instance for some obscure technicality.

Any thinking person (non-maga) would protest "that's not what they said" and his base would carry on as usual...
