I guess we can't call it "doubling down" anymore, 'cuz that ship sailed 7 years ago - but still manage to be gob smacked by the GOP continuing to stand by their man.

When 50% of the "party of law and order" says that a felony conviction wouldn't prevent them from voting for trump, I'd say they have issues - except "we" have the real issues. Too many idiots in this country to sleep easily at night these days.
