I stand with the people of Israel and Palestine, while condemning the a ruins of their governments.
To be 100% clear - the abhorrent conditions that the people of Palestine have been forced to live in since either 2005 or 1994 (you may draw the line where you like) has zero to do with the atrocities committed by the terrorists from Hamas. Since the founding of this group, they have pledged the complete and utter destruction of the Israeli state. Party goers were not gunned down and abducted while babies were beheaded in the hope of changing the deplorable conditions in which they were living.

The response from the Israeli military is not justified in its brutal targeting of civilians. It smacks of a disproportionate reaction to the utter failure of their intelligence agencies to see this coming and prepare accordingly.

To be clear - the Israeli people have lived alongside their Palestinian cousins in the near past - while it is Hamas (and Iran) who has been responsible for the escalations. Remember - one group has the complete destruction of the other as their central purpose.

No - it's not even this simple and there will be criticisms thrown my way. That's how we live and learn.
Provided one even has that as a goal.
