I want to smack anyone who says "no one wants to work anymore" - especially my trump-loving cousins (all children of immigrants). Merely stating "the rules have changed" is too complicated for them and I'm glad that many still live in California where their votes can't do any harm.

With the increased compensation (feels like an understatement) flowing upwards at the expense of the ones actually doing the work and being the first one out of the office on Friday - who is it exactly that doesn't want to work anymore??
