I'll give you a 2/4 on these questions - but would reserve the right to change my mind if that stupid screen protector question came off different in person than it does in print. It comes across as just another "gotcha" question where the one being interviewed feels like they're being asked to choose which cup has the iocane powder. You dress it up with the "just want a good reason why you don't have one" - but that's an uphill battle.

Don't get me wrong - I hate those same shit questions as much (or more) than the next person. "How do you criticize" is a great interview question for a leadership role, btw.
