I'm going to take a different take on this, as value is not always created. The appearance of value perhaps - certainly the concentration of wealth, but not actual value. Look at companies like Amazon, Walmart, and Uber. A lot of jobs got destroyed to create a few crappy ones, with all of the benefits funneled upstairs.
Do I value the convenience of Uber over a conventional taxi service? Sure - but they are still losing money while paying slave wages to the vast majority of their drivers. All those food delivery services? People complain about those service fees while the companies lose money as do the restaurants. Really hard to say that value is "created" there - it's merely extracted and passed on to a few execs and shareholders.
