Just say “no” is right.

I just flew into my company’s HQ today. My plane landed at 2, and by the time I got my rental car and got over to the office, it was 3:30.

I was ready to go.

Everybody looked at me like I was insane. “What are you doing hear? Come back tomorrow. It’s a travel day.”

These were comments from senior people, not just others at my level looking to leverage the situation.

Seriously?

You bet. Great people, great company, and don’t settle for 12 hour days. Companies like this DO exists.
