Long story short, a week ago I short-circuited my supervisor's attempts at this and turned in my resignation while also negotiating a small severance package. ("we don't do that for associates" - yeah you do, bitch and you will)
"What's your transition plan with your projects?" my boss asked.
My transition plan is to get the fk out of here - you've been wanting to fire me for 2 months - what's YOUR transition plan??
Turns out there wasn't one and she's being raked over the coals for not telling anyone I'd left (ironically, I was castigated for being a "poor communicator" - lol) and not even knowing what I was working on so she could move thos tasks to other people.
Sorry/not sorry
(Best thing I did was chat with a lawyer friend as soon as I suspected something so I could take some control of the situation instead of waiting for it to come to me - highly recommend this course of action)
