My wife and I knew that trying to take photos with everyone would be impossible — so we made life-size cardboard cutouts of ourselves (in beach clothing) and set them outside next to a table with a box full of disposable cameras. To this day I still catch myself wondering “did I take that picture with cousin Sandy? Wait — that’s not me” and still get a little freaked out when I see the ones that we took with ourselves! Even now when we pull out a wedding album — this is the one we enjoy most. The “perfect” one is sitting in a box somewhere and I don’t think I’ve seen it in 15 years…
