No foosball - but we do have a pool table at our HQ, and it does get used. Leadership actually promotes a sustainable model for work and the balance of free snacks/beanbags/unlimited PTO appears to be working. Ageism doesn't exist either as I'm only a few years from retirement, but collaborate daily with colleagues that are my kids age.
