Service industry mandate

Been saying this for years - can I propose a small modification? 1 year in capitalist service industry hell and 1 year in public service - have young people understand they are part of something a bit bigger than themselves. (Perhaps then we can get back to the real definition of "patriot" which has been twisted into something resembling anarchy)
