Sigh

Still amazes me how a bunch of right-wing church goers can sieze upon a murky bit poorly constructed Hebrew written down over 2000 years ago that Jesus never once mentioned, and make it a cornerstone (with abortion being another) of their politicized faith. All the while actively ignoring or campaigning against the crystal-clear parts about loving one another, feeding the poor and tending to the sick.
