Started a new job 3 weeks ago where I make exactly the same $$ as my previous gig. Benefits are nearly identical, and the bonus structure is the same.
Oh, and the company is fanatical about sticking to a 40-hour week - they used the words "respecting your time" - and we get an extra day away each quarter to recharge.
My old company looks like Twitter with the culture celebrating the 100 hour work week and my old team reduced to a shell.

These companies do exist - and I grateful I lucked into this one. My new co-workers can't believe how happy and positive I am :)
