Thank you, Laura. I'm a late boomer and cought the beginnings of this shift - at least my college debt was "only" $20k and a condo here in SoCal was "only" $150k(!) - same exact condo was recently sold for $500k!
My parents were instrumental in helping me understand how the world was changing around us - truly remarkable and wise people.
