Tim - exactly the right message at the right time. My first stand-up is at 5 AM and the last ends somewhere between 10PM and midnight. (Granted, this is only 5 days/week) Best running product group in the company, but you'd never know from the way my boss complains.
The resumes are going out and the interviews have been scheduled. Time to reprioritize the side-hustle (family) and get my life back.
